Please keep in mind that the handmade products may have irregularities which is part of their charm and so it will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
There may be a color variance or difference due to lights, or digital photography. We request you to keep this in mind when you place your order.

Note :
- Return and exchange will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.
- Return/exchange request should be sent by email to care@banarasilooms.in within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with images of the defect if any.
- Sarees that have Blouse detached , tassels made Fall Pico Stitched can not be exchanged.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
- Products that are damaged , defective or dent in error will be fully refundable .
- The company reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such decision of company shall be final and binding.
- Banarasilooms will initiate the process for the refund to your bank account within 15 working days provided your bank detail to us by email.
- Please send your order to be returned via suggested Courier Agency in our return authorization mail and send the detail to us and keep the bill or receipt until it get delivered to us.
